I received my undergraduate degree in elementary education from Concordia University in Portland Oregon.

My masters degree in classroom arts integration was issued by Lesley University.

Finally I received my license in elementary administration from Lewis and Clark College in Portland Oregon.

Born and raised in Portland, I moved to the coast three years ago.  It was the best decision I ever made.  Living in Astoria and working in Seaside has been a dream come true.  Both communities have made me feel so welcome.  North Coast folks are the best!!

When I am not at school you will find me sitting on my back deck taking in the view of the Columbia River and all it's river traffic.  Falling asleep to the twinkling lights of the barges is magical.  I spend much of my time playing with my two rescue dogs, Dharma and Delilah. They are very cute which is lucky because they are also very naughty.  The remainder of my time is spent on home improvement.  I am very handy with a saw and hammer.  Constantly building and painting things around my house keeps me very busy.  

What can I say?  I am living the dream!!
