About the Teacher

Bio

I received a bachelor’s degree in special education and 5 years later I received my master’s degree in speech and language communication both from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque New Mexico. I have been involved special education for over 21 years.

I moved to Seaside with my husband in the summer of 2012 and I have been working for the Seaside School District as a speech language pathologist ever since.

Every year is a new beginning, an opportunity to not only teach but to learn.

I have one daughter, one son, 4 grandsons, one dog, and at last count 14 goats.
