Hello my name is Dan Van Nortwick. This is my tenth year teaching 4th Grade. Prior to this, I taught at the Middle School level for six years. I came to that via Thailand, where I learned the language and taught 5th Grade, Art, and secondary history at an International School for multiple years. My sons were born in Thailand and my wife and I often think of returning. But for now there's helping my sons navigate adulthood and nuturing a new crop of 4th Graders.
